30-60 Minute Meeting to understand your business, your goals, and to organize the initial details of the project.
We believe the creative process should never be billed per hour. That’s why at Todalen Media we are committed to taking our Discovery meeting and create a fixed bid proposal for your company.
We take our creative brief and create a logistical game plan to implement it. We map out the necessary equipment, shooting days, editing days, put down a schedule, and get moving
Lights, camera, action; this is the fun part. We come out to you with our state-of-the-art cameras, lights, audio equipment, drones, and more to capture all the puzzle pieces we need to piece together the perfect story as mapped out in our creative brief. We make sure the day goes smooth by having an agenda and communicating everything well in advance.
This is where we really shine. After getting the shots, we cut them up and bring it all together. When music, graphics, animation, and live video all come together, it’s magical. In the end, we’ll have an amazing video that’s ready to hit the market
Once we’ve finished editing your video, we’ll send you a first draft for review. This is your chance to give us feedback on the video and request any changes you’d like to see.
After we’ve made the changes you requested, we’ll finalize your video and send you the final version. This video will be ready for immediate use with your external marketing and promotional purposes, or for your internal use.
Once you’ve paid for your video, you will own the video and all of the rights to it. You are free to use the video however you’d like.
